Melinda -- "Frozen Water"

Taken in Seattle near the Aquarium.
I was trying to "freeze" moving water after several unsuccessful attempts to "freeze" flying seagulls. :)

    An amazing image!
    I didn't know that a 1/1000 shutter speed
    captures moving water so well.
