Tracy Landers "In Motion Action"

I was having some fun with my niece and wanted to blur her movement in the picture. She was dancing and swinging her hair around which gave me the perfect moment to take the action shot with her arms, body and hair blurred.

I ended up using the flash due to very low light .

Shutter speed: 1/15th of a second
Aperture: 4.5
At 18 mm
The histogram went across the entire graph without lines up either side of the graph.
